Two Amazing Prophets' Prophecies Came True In 70 Ad And Extra-Biblical Writings Confirm Yet Another Portion Of The Bible To Be True And Historically Accurate

Prophet 1 The Messiah

Mat 24:2 Prophecy comes to fulfillment. Jerusalem was destroyed on Passover in 70 AD, and many Jews died. (See also Mat 27:25 Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us. A second prophecy from this same Prophet came true as well)

Prophet 2 Daniel

(Dan 9:26 RNKJV) And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
(Dan 9:27 RNKJV) And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolator.

Extra-Biblical Writing 1

Extra-Biblical Writing 2

Josephus says that "Caesar gave orders that they should now demolish the whole city and temple, except the three towers Phaselus, Hippicus, and Mariamne, and a part of the western wall; but all the rest was laid so completely even with the ground, by those who dug it up from the foundation, that there was nothing left to make those who came thither believe that it had ever been inhabited."
